Elm frame and Ash wheels; Small turned parts including pulleys are Boxwood.

The weight and pendulum bob are Ash with lead cores; the hands are Walnut.

Other materials employed include Brass, Steel, Nylon, PTFE, Carbon Fibre and Glass.
